About This File

Hartwell Tavern is a historic building located in the town of Lincoln, MA. Built from 1732 to 1733, the tavern housed Ephraim and Elizabeth Hartwell as well as their 9 children, and was also used as an inn. Legend has it that the Hartwells were involved in transmitting Paul Revere's message of British attack to the town of Lincoln. Today, 60-70% of the original structure remains, with the rest being replaced by restoration projects. The tavern can be found in Minuteman National Historic Park in Lincoln, MA.

The lot itself is a ploppable landmark that has seasonal trees.

Dependencies: the lot uses prop packs for seasonal foliage. If you have any seasonal trees lots in the first place, you should already have these:

Very good! I like how the lot complements the building, too. :) My only suggestion for improvement concerns the roof texture: It tiles (repeats) visibly,

and it could use a slight gradient.

This one may be particularly interesting for CJ authors - maybe it will pop up in SimCoug's "New SorGun" one day? ;)

Thank you.  You now have a folder in my downloads suite.  5/5

@Titanicbuff: It is a landmark lot.

I was surprised when I tried this lot and found a brown paper package tied up in string.  Noted that it was fixed sometime between my download and today.  Redownloaded.

This is great work for a first upload.  I agree with T Wrecks that the roof texture repeats, but that will not stop me from using it.  I hope you will share more of your creations in the future.
