Wow, that's what I call BLACK box. A very useful size, and the included diagonal is of course a special treat. I think I'm going to use the orthogonal version as growable and the diagonal maybe as landmark to spice up a neighborhood visually...

 

The only suggestion I have is as usual: IMO it's best to either

- leave out modeled ground altogether, or

- make sure it stretches up to the edges of the lot, or

- adapt it to standard Maxis pavers so there is no visible seam

Otherwise, there's always that awkward-looking seam where reflections suddenly stop and shadows behave differently.

@Darknono35:  I love the night lighting, and thanks for including multiple versions so that many people can use your work.  Did you think about including a few more things on the roof?  If you want to stick to realism, and that's all the stuff on the actual roof, maybe a few birds, or something?

wow amazing building. ill have to download this one some time. i just uploaded a very large Map of Cleveland, Ohio.  as soon as i build up My downtown Cleveland,Ohio ill be wanting to download your building. but there are some cleveland buildings i have not yet seen uploaded that i still require. i still need PNC bank branch building and i also would like more Freeway signs.
