Was this the building they were putting up in the late 80's on S.Congress and, (i think) 6th.? I remember remember the excavation of that particular foundation turned up Mastadon bones, and held up the contractor for about a year. lol Oh yeah, nice work! 10

wsuling - No. The building you are thinking of is 100 Congress at Congress and Cesar Chavez. I will be doing that building in the future, but first I must finish the Frost Tower. And yes, they excavated a full mastadon skull from the site where they built 100 Congress.

Cool Chozo. I was 19 when 100 Congress went up. So I guess that was about 1986. Can't wait to see what the building looks like, seeing how I haven't been back to Austin since. Great little city. Don't forget to mention the Mastadon footnote. :)

I love the building, especially the sides. I think the top is a little thick and chunky. If thats how it is in real life, then I guess I'm criticizing the original architect as opposed to your work...
