ok I can`t seve region it say`s "a problem has occured while creating the region folder you should enter a valid folder name as region name"
please help

Did you try to do that i.e. "[color=#58534B][font='Open Sans', Tahoma, Geneva, helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3]enter a valid folder name as region name"?[/size][/font][/color]

I tried to render the map in game but got the error- "Region Generation Error, Region bitmap size is incorrect, 4609x4865 should be 1025x1025."

???

Please ensure that you click the correct map "europe 1.1.jpg" when you press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R in-game.

I tested the grayscale map myself. The elevation is correct. If not you can try to increase the brightness of the grayscale map to the appropriate level of brightness (you may have to repeat this process by trial and error or use microsoft paint to test the brightness. >80 means land, <80 means water. Hope you get what i'm trying to say here.

Please use the correct config provided in the rar folder. Config size should be 72x76 pixels.

its too DAMN BIG! i waited like 15 minutes to open the map! and everytime i open the game, i have to wait again! am i making a mistake or is this the way it supposed to be?!

You can use the Terrain Generator program to reduce the size of the map if you think it's too big. I did it for the New York City map

its too DAMN BIG! i waited like 15 minutes to open the map! and everytime i open the game, i have to wait again! am i making a mistake or is this the way it supposed to be?!

 

Big maps have higher quality and resolution than small maps. Enough said.
