Still remember with the first house I upload ?
Well, this one is the updated version of the first house that I make with some improvements.
I hope you like this new version.

Dutch House-0x5ad0e817_0x9cc54967_0x140001.SC4Model (Included)
Notes :
1. All information about this house is in the readme.
2. I'm not sure about this new version's compatibility with the previous version, please PM me if you know whether this version is compatible with the previous version or not.
How to install :
1. Simply extract the files from the rar. file to Documents/Simcity4/Plugins if you don't have the first version.
2. Destroy all house named 'JHuis-I' and then uninstall the 'JHuis-I.dat', then install the new version by extract the files from the rar. to the Documents/Simcity4/Plugins if you have the first version
