I made a pretty interesting region, I took artwork of Reshiram, applied a wide Gaussian Blur (150px)... then I desaturated the image... (then I did a few equalization in Terraformer to smooth things out) and this region came out!!! that is my creativity behind this... you can't even tell this came from a Reshiram picture...
