I think this is a great model. Is it possible to also release a growable version? I don't play with ploppables.

It would look a tad more realistic if the lighting would also illuminate the lot, and if the lot itself wasn't so bland. I think it would gain a lot visually, if you could extend the little plaza up to the sidewalk, or at least harmonize them.

Where should I place the file ?

This went well when i recreated NYC part of the Rockefeller complex. But, please do a resized version of the Maxis GE Building. Cause compared to the other Rockefeller buildings here on the STEX, its petite..which is sad.. :/
