The paths, parking and textures are terrible....you see where you have walkways that go nowhere and change colours and do nothing - fix that.

Your BATs textures are much better but it still needs some improvement..so does the lotting

I guess you could say it's better...

Mate is not that difficult to start a Bat thread I am sure if you can post and uploads things here you can also do it in the forum section.
Just take your time and make use of the community to improve your BATs.

It looks much better! It still leaves a little to be desired, but don't ALL BATs? Just work on the paths, parking lots, and more realistic-looking window-texture, and it will be PERFECT! In the meantime, I'll still give you a 9/10.

you are nice in BATTING (well, okay.) but bad in LOTTING (um, sorry.) just a little critics maybe you can add some props. that make your LOT better everytime i download your BATs i always relot it...

it does look a lot better than before....perhaps get rid of all that grass, and put in a full size parking lot (it is a mall), or maybe slap in a parking garage......are those plaza tiles on the left side??....might want to add a large plaza (from in game) surrounded by the tiles that way you'd get a fountain or something to break up all that empty space

Maybe you should start by making smaller things, and then get to the big things, that will help your skills alot

aditya, it was awesome progress comparing from the first margocity u made, but still need works on props and and base texture. theres a skatepark in the real margocity isnt it? maybe u shud put that, and landscaping and parking area.

but it still awesome finding a familiar building that i used to visit in my youth in depok, uploaded here.
