Btw, you may need to work on the roof texture, it's not that good.

Maybe you should try one of these in your next BAT :D
You can always change their colour by using "Photoshop", or an easier pictures editing program "PhotoFiltre"

This is how some of these look in a BAT

Hey, I actually think that your model looks fine. :golly: Just the textures could need some improvement, as IL. correctly stated. The gabled roof is so bright orange that it will stand out too much. The lighting rig used by the BAT tool has a tendency to overexpose horizontal and sloped surfaces, so you'll have to compensate for that by reducing brightness and saturation. Adding a gradient to your textures also helps a lot to make them look more realistic. The windows could use some variation, too.

But all this aside, I'd like to praise you for one thing I have rarely seen: You obviously thought of the final lot layout right from the start, and I love how you incorporated Maxis props like the parking garage and the store front prop families. Smart thinking, and good use of existing resources to give your BAT some variation!

So this is your first upload, eh? Well, I hope it won't be the last, because the start sure is promising. :)

Thanks for the comments all :)
T Wrecks, for future reference, how would I go about adding a gradient to a texture?
And thanks for the nice roof textures IL.
