About This File
Citymarket is Finland's largest hypermarket-chain owned by Kesko. Unlike it's main competitor Prisma, Citymarkets only operate in Finland. First Citymarket was opened in 1971 and today there are over 70 stores in 50 different cities.
Citymarkets aren't lead by Kesko but instead every store has a shopkeeper-entrepreuner who gets license, goods etc. from Kesko. This also makes Citymarkets more uglier (and more messy IMO) than other hypermarkets in Finland.
