I am really outraged with the zero-tolerance policy towards OTs, even the smaller gets deleted. Let's see if even my status will be cleared by some kind admin or if i am getting temp-banned. Now i remember why i had never joined the forums and just kept downloading stuff.

Off topic posts are generally dealt with on a case by case and per-user basis by the moderator of the section - there is no zero tolerance policy in place. If you have a large history of making off topic posts or remarks you'll see more and more of those being removed. Blatantly off topic, inflammatory, and rule breaking posts, however, will be removed.

[Removed off-topic content. -CaptCity] Also i'd like to re-reply to Cogeo, you cannot give around "thruth" because it is debatable what could happen to EA. SC4 could even become open source in a few short years, depends by EA anyway. I agree it's unlikely but doesn't mean it wont happen, in fact it's not a matter of "no" but more likely of "when".

Yes i agree with Ion Cannon, 2x2 kilometers is just not enough but the green space between cities will make regions all look like the german region of the Ruhr... a big conurbation. However not all cities are that way. -
Damn... i've no idea on how to make my subway chart... You've nice lines there, meanwhile my lines do loops and look crazy even if they've a very valid logic behind them. Nice work.

We do not lose, remember EA made a terrible mistake letting Maxis finish SC4 their way. SC4 is here to stand, not to fall. There are plenty of games that has a history of decades behind and are still played with an expanding community, i can recall OpenTTD. -

that was my intent but i made a mistake when building that section of the city. My intent was to flow with the land but instead I accidentally cut in to the mountain some. Akiba City's main intent was to look like a smaller Hong kong, the only reason I didnt expand it into the hills was because it was too steep (also due to the slope mod as well) and ruin the entire look of the Island. Well... you can take down the whole hill of some meters or... i don't know. Perhaps you made too high hills or the slope is just too difficuilt to cross.

SC2013 is going to be a massive failure, second only to Societies. Please DO NOT pre-order that BS. Do not help EA making just more money, you need your hard-worked money.

Haven't we had this thread before? However, i honestly would not pay over 30 dollars. Any computer game over 30 dollars is just overpriced, not even 40 like someone else said, to me. I remember good old days where you could find awesome computer games even at 30 or 35 euros. I would pay 30 euros but pretending full edition and moddable content without origin suckage and full-supported singleplayer. So no, i am not buying this game.

I strongly disagree with even the thread title. Garbage is just what it is, just garbage. It is integrant part of the simulation and the game. You've to deal with it, it's one of the challanges of the game. However, have you ever heard of converters? I mean, you can always convert the garbage into energy burning it, i am so glad even SC3K had this possibility!
