lol...original. I'm going to try them for sure. What's this with power needed for the steam to show up????
If these are Maxis props, they do not need power, or do they?

@mrbisonm: Well, I guess these are the Maxis props that had originally been designed as steam/white smoke clouds coming out of industrial smokestacks and cooling towers, and as such it makes sense that they don't appear without energy.

However, I wonder whether it would be possible to add a "power generated" property to make these lots self-sufficient. It could be hard to get power to the places where you'd probably use these (read: out in the boonies)...

Back to topic: I really like these lots! Hasn't El Pegaso once made similar lots himself, for one of the old stream kits? Anyway, these new ones come with a transparent base, so they should be very versatile. Thumbs up and full steam ahead!

Regarding the need for power... yeah sorry about that but as T Wrecks rightly said above the lots do use the Maxis 'smoke' from the industrial lots... which unfortunately do require power... bit of a pain, ...however a simple workaround is to use a chain of tree lots, (or any other lot for that matter) to bring the power across the tile to where you need it without having to resort to ugly power lines, or the fight the power cheat. I do have an idea as a work around, so stay tuned!

Great work, very realistic indeed. The only thing missing is the smell...but I can remedy that with some rotten eggs on the desktop!
