Vintage Water Tower 1.0

Looks very good, but in those images, the water tower doesn't look like a 2x2 lot, but a 1x1, also I think the water capacity is a little to much.

But still it looks great, 4/5.

Why such the low ratings? I think it looks nice, also nice neighborhood you have there

Seems like it would look better placed in an industrial zone, either to be functional or eye-candy atleast.

My only real complaint about this is... where has it been all this time?!? It's exactly what a rundown rural town needs, the Maxis ones look waaaaay to clean for the pits I grew up in.

The stats are a bit much though. It doesn't look like the capacity is much different from the Maxis one, and it's dirtier. If anything it should be the same capacity and a touch cheaper, though with better durability the monthly cost overall being "about the same" is fine. That's my opinion anyway. Unless the stats are grossly out of whack, which they're not, I generally just rate the lot/BAT. I can tweak the stats myself.

Need to update the description though: it IS 1x1 as Mithrik pointed out, not 2x2.

p.s. the lot/BAT gets a 5 from me.

This could also fit into my rundown seaports. I'm not worried about the looks of the lot, in fact the model is outstanding. The stats are a bit too much, but those can be edited out. I would suggest altering the description and lowering the stats like the others have said, it would just be a little more convenient for the average downloader thats looking for realism.
