There is nothing wrong with the lot. Seems we are quite divided on this one. Luckily the rating so far reflects our admiration more than division.

It's notable that you've put alot of work into this, and from what can be seen here and in-game, it's a great one.
This bat don't need to be shy and stand in the shadow of your other work but can proudly keep its head up.

I think it's a very nice upload. The lot is not particularly flashy, but we need to all remember that in real life lots are not nearly as detailed as we make them in SimCity 4. Also, it's great to have a unique building for a change.

I remember back when I went to school, we had large open concrete areas for assemblies etc... we didn't exactly have to find spaces between playground equipment, lol.... 5 Stars bro.

Yeah, I don't see what is wrong with this. Looks realistic and simple. Yes, the grass could be different, but everyone uses different grasses.

The open cement or grass area is the playground? What kind of boring playground is that? Real playgrounds have playground equipment.

Any elementary school I've ever visited has a playground with playground equipment like swing sets, jungle gyms, monkey bars. Only schools that wish to bore children to death or else had some serious underfunding would have nothing more than an open plaza or grass area and call it a playground.
