BAT and lotting by Jasoncw
Modding by nofunk

Special thanks to @Tyberius06 for fixing the immortal lot bug, and improving the lots' stats! If you're using the original version, it is recommended to demolish all instances of the lots in your cities, and replace them with the updated version. -Jasoncw, October 2024

This looked great but I was disappointed that I couldn't demolish this building in my city, It was always abandoned and it introduced A LOT of crime in my city. Disappointed. :noway::angry:

Demolition Problems: T Wrecks's comment explains and links to a solution. This is because of a mistake that I made, but going back and fixing it would take too much work. The problem only happens in certain situations, and it's curable.

Crime Problems: There's a bug in the game that causes large lots to have too much crime, and there's nothing I can do about it, other than to not make big lots.

Incredible job! As a Milwaukee native, I can tell you that this bat looks absolutely amazing and realistic. Well done!

Excellent - you managed to get one of the few redeemable buildings in Milwaukee's skyline spot on. Now, I would recommend trying the Chase Tower or Faison Building . . .

Thank you for this beautiful building, and especially for giving us different versions to choose from.
There's one little thing tho, and that's the UDI-incompatibility. Don't know if it's even possible to enable it.

Is there a trick to getting the transit enabled part to work?  I've tried everything and I can't get the avenue to make the connection.

It was only after I trotted out the original version, that I realized there was this, vastly improved version. Thank you very much. :thumb:
