I like the building itself, but the lot seems a bit plain. I do like that you made it growable.

The real one was really plain. They made several buildings like this each very close to the other.

This lot looks good :) But I find however that 30 inhabitants is not much :/ 7/10.

The roof looks very strange... yes, that's about all i can really say. Otherwise, very good.

I didnt like that 7 in my rating >_< ... So the new lot capacity is 50. more than that will be unrealistic for a building that has only 10 appartments. I also changed the layout a little.

A nice little apartment building. I also like the fact that it's growable. A good job.

If it has only 10 units, then 30 (maybe up to 40) is a better capacity.

I really like this - seems very real to me

non-descript mid-size bldgs are highly underrated in the game. and this one isn't really that non-descript, i.e. the roof looks pretty distinctive.
