when i have this mod it erases all my crime and when i want to make a ghetto in my city i cant this mod kinda sucks

Can you make ID demand to get no effect and keep my city with those IHT and IM please? ID make a lot of pollution that i hate. And i think no criminals mean the city is dead ! Keep those criminals in action. They make the game become more interesting, except if they become uncontrolled.

Nice I'll download this one and see if it works, I'm not a noob to SIMCITY 4 but I just like having extremely HUGE CITIES, and it takes a long time just to get a big city the regular way.

i just get small shops.. please some one help as i can't resolve this problem

See now there is a major problem with this mod. In my city when i use this mod, I first placed down some commercial services zones for office deployment. After 10 years, still nothing has built The problem with this mod is that when every demand is on max, the zoning system gets confused and does not build anything. I wish somebody would make a adjustable RCI mod.
