I built a few connecting roads. I tried it on 3 maps.. After I added my plugins nothing builds but without them everything works fine. I have 2gb od plugins, but I checked them all and I saw that they are all just buildings. I didn't instalki NAM. But even when I did nothing changed.

Nothing works even after i added a lot od farma. Does it depend on my plugins? Before loading my buildings lot etc. After reinstallation SimCity 4 Deluxe I tried without Any plugins files. Gam works corectly like always. Every RCI zone builds normally.... I was looking for any suspicious bat, lot etc. But I just have typical buildings... I have SimCity 4 Deluxe ver.1.640. I don't understand this situation and I am crying that I can't play anymore At the beginning I thought that there is a problem with NAM but it's not. Ps. RCI used to be -6000 🥺😮

Before i coppied all my plugins, everything used to build very quickly starting with small buildings and now even after i tried to grow the city nothing changes. There are no Sims living there. Houses dont build. Event after adding Police, hospitals or schools. I Play this game for 10 years and i have never had such problems before. I had a format of my computer. I knows there are problems with growing cities after they are big but that's not it.

Hey guys. I have a problem. I reinstalled my game like 10 times and every time there is the same problem with demands. Rights after starting a news city demands fall to 0 or even negative. Almost nothing builds. What can i do? I can't play like at all.. My taxes are normal and even after changing, even after setting all od them to 0% nothing changes. I have plugins installed but all of them are just buildings.
