  1. City of San Quantito

Thanks! You can find the city hall at
  2. City of San Quantito

A overview of the city of San Quantito, a sprawling growing mass of people with 80 thousand citizens living in suburbs, downtown areas and more. Including a huge commercial base, filled with 280 thousand jobs, causing the unemployment rate to drop to 2 percent, from 17 percent in 2008. Around 150 thousand citizens from neighboring cities drive their way into San Quantito on a daily basis, to work in local offices and shops. This is the downtown corner of the city, a open and free plaza area filled with glass, steel and concrete. A amazing sight of industrialism and modern day architecture. Filled with around 50 thousand citizens, a estimated 200 thousand citizens work in the downtown commercial area alone. The downtown area is mostly controlled with financial based services, though after the crisis of 2008, the city's main financial areas collapsed and old buildings were renovated to hotels and strip malls, including the federally funded building of the Quantito Stadium. Downtown is a bustling area filled with fun and joy, as well as the equal amount of serious office workers, all trying to make their way into the hard world of business. The building to the far left is the Quantito Olsty Building, the oldest building in the city made in 1932. The building was soon purchased by businessman Stephens Edwards for 300 thousand dollars in 1953, who promised to renovate it into a stunning hotel. The building today is worth around 75 million dollars, a massive profit. Surrounding, are massive buildings holding thousands of office workers. Down in the super dense area of the south of Downtown, 50 thousand citizens are packed together in luxury housing, just a walking pace away from the downtown commercial area. The center is the Oyou Hotel from purchased land for 50 thousand dollars. The hotel grew from a private residence, to a apartment, to a 12 story apartment, to the current 23 form hotel. The hotel is the only hotel within the residential area, and has a near perfect view of the main downtown commercial area. Visible here, you can clearly see the tourist area of the downtown area, having 3 luxury hotels all bordering eachother, the Ritz Carlton, the Hotel Intercontinental Quantito and the Hotel Marriott. You also see on the northern road of the stadium, you see the Hotel Fericino, a luxury classical style 5 star hotel. The history of this particular building is quite extraordinary, as it drags long before modern history. The building's history extends from the year 1880, as upon the population of 10,000, a city hall was commissioned by the mayor. From then on, the Mayor and his staff has been headquartered here, and the city council also has a assembly hall within the west wing of the building. Many movies have been filmed here for a replacement to D.C, as the City Hall has a small resemblance to the U.S. Capitol Building. Next to the Quantito Olsty Building, the Quantito Stadium stands. As a federal funded stimulus package, the stadium provided 2 thousand people jobs to build the stadium during the 2008 crisis. Since then, hundreds of major league games have formed within the city, and it has become the second most popular sport in the city. Minor and major shopping as well as luxury goods are all sold here, with the towering Hilton Hotel standing in the middle. Just a few blocks away stands the Quantito International Hotel. The Shopping District also has a large amount of luxury housing and well kept real estate. The District also offers a very safe area to carouse at night, for there is a well staffed 24/7 police department station. Under the rich and glamorous life of the super-rich corporations, lays the less-rich-but-still-rich downtown area which stations the Grand Railroad Station which is the headquarters of the entire system of rail for the city. Behind, lays the Renesas Gold Building, which provides a main trading area for high-technology. Also nearby, is the Wells Fargo Plaza, which provides a conference room and office building for nearly 2 thousand banking employees. Under the bustle of commercial life, lays a bustle of residential life. Filled with luxury high rise housing, this area was one of the few areas in the city to survive the 2008 Recession crisis. In the center stands the largest hospital in the state, the San Quantito General Hospital servicing 5 thousand patients a day- with a 98 percent success record in healing patients through medicinal uses, surgical uses or otherwise. Hit especially hard by the 2008 Recession, Richmond saw it's average income(yearly) tumble from a extraordinarily high 539 thousand dollars, to a middle class 54 thousand dollars. The average price of a home collapsing from 1.2 million, to 640 thousand. Though after the recovery of the financial district, the suburb has remade itself to become a playground of the super-rich once again, seeing the average income rise to 240 thousand dollars. Furthermore, house prices are recovering, to 850 thousand dollars. In a relatively secluded area of the city, lays the 4 prison compound. Each Prison having 250 separate cells, for a combined 1000 cells. Due to the relatively high gang-warfare rate in the city, prisoner overcrowding has been considered a relative threat after the prison riot of 2011, which killed 12 prisoners and 7 guards. Among the super-rich, lays the 1 percent of the 1 percent. Actors and actresses, purchase apartments within this secluded area surrounded by commercial buildings and the famous Stensflein Museum. Right to the south is the Orples Studios, where the most famous actors go to make movies. Due to the high density of actors and actresses, the area is also surrounded by home theaters and eateries. Sequal Bay is a interesting place, for it has remained practically the same over the past 2 decades, ignoring any sign of recession or growth. The average population has remained in the healthy 30s, and unemployment has constantly never gone over 3 percent. Furthermore, the area has always voted strictly for the incumbent mayor, which never makes it a political battle. The local hospital also provides quick medical care, though rarely used. Richmond is also oddly similar to Sequal Bay due to the sheer opposite, for it has always remained against the incumbent mayor and has remained strictly reactionary 95 percent of elections. Most of the citizens remain over 75 years old, which is very interesting considering the lack of general healthcare within the area, other then the district hospital which has been underfunded for many administrations. Political pundits alike believe that the under funding of the hospital is the sole reason why the district continues to be so reactionary. Due to the rapid expansion of the city at the time, 2004 seemed like the optimal place to hold the 2004 FIFA World Cup. It's vivid tourist base and beautiful climate made it a optimal place to host the world cup. Though it nearly plummeted the city into sheer bankruptcy, the event put San Quantito on the world and international map, as it brought millions upon millions of dollars in tourist revenue. The San Quantito airport was created in 1990, costing 11.43 million dollars, while Quantito was on it's first economic high during the gambling rush of the 90s. Next to the airport lies the mid-urban area of Palo Santo with a population of around 10 thousand. Near lies the famous Hilton Hotel, famous for it's excellent service recognized by celebrities and distinguished members of foreign governments everywhere. Since the 1980s, San Quantito has had troubles with energy as almost every night all power reactors were pushed to the limit, and were pushed to the brink of a city-wide blackout. During the 2004 FIFA World Cup, Mayor Audrey Buchanan (D) took out a 1.5 billion dollar bond to purchase the first of three nuclear power plants in the city. Thanks to Buchanan, the city no longer worries about blackouts, as it has not had one since 2004. Downtown is especially beautiful at night, as each company attempts to stand out from the crowd by putting on flamboyant lighting and exotic colors. Many thousands of travelers come to the city at night to take photos of the beautiful city horizon. Although not as flashy as the Downtown Commercial areas, the Oyou Hotel makes it up in classiness and glamour. The bright lights from the Hotel are visible each from miles away, and surrounding buildings remain content and peaceful as they rest for another day in the city. Here is another shot of Downtown at night, from the opposite angle. All the buildings really standout, especially the Bank of America building which has the green lighting outline. A beautiful building at night as well as in morning. At night the shopping district is alive and well with tourists coming to shop for exotic foods, jewelry and clothing. Daily the Shopping District brings in around 40 million for the city in VAT, and local wealthy housing continuously complains about the noise from bars around the shopping district. 10. So, it looks great and all and I think it's a great plugin, but the issue is that there is this very odd issue where the shadows are a very odd blue color when it's night. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
