Love it! Just what i need behind my lower-class stores and industries. Two criticisms:

1. Dumpsters are about 30% too big. Beautiful but oversized.
2. Not enough variation. Would love to see a lot more of these, esp. 2x2s and with varying degrees of "dirtiness".

Just what I was looking for! I downloaded PEG's Alley Kit but it lacked freedom in creation like your kit has, I can create it in any shape... 5/5 Loved It!
P.s. Could you consider to create other types of alleys? If so I would grab them hot! thanks

Every city has a grunge district waiting for this plop.  I hope it is TE'd.  top marks for detail and creativity anyways.

Don't get it. Sorry but I am the critic. Why didn't you place the fence on BOTH side of the lot. So you can place houses back to back??? Or take the fence off.
