Looks pretty good. Looks like a good lot for the inner part of a suburb, although it does not seem like a lot that you could use more than twice in the same area.

Looks nice! I think it's a pretty good lot, but I can't tell what type lot this is? It has both shops and apartments so did you make it residential or commercial? Some more ingame stats would be nice. Other than that it looks nice, it's a shame some of those details you had didn't really show up but it's still a good lot!

Good Bat. As my predecessor said, you can do with this version of the GROW R$ and GROW CS$. Certainly be useful. Even though you had made a number of colors would be extra. So far for me, 4.5/5

It would be nice to see variation between the individual houses. Yes, they have different brick and roof textures, but all the windows, dirt patterns, and even the back deck are all identical.

The more detail and diversity you have, the more "alive" your model will look.

It might help to post some "final" renders in your thread before you post things to the STEX. I would have never known you were done this from the looks of your last posts there.

its good subject material for a model, and it looks promising... perhaps some further texture development but that will come in time...

In addition, I would suggest only giving these a back yard and a small back passage rather than the parking area and playground...speaking from a Liverpool perspective, the space behind would not be so generous.
