For the sims who live in the mountians, and don't have the ability to drive to a beach, This little lot Will take all the joys of the beach, right to your Sims local Pond! 
This is a 5x3 lot, With minor air, water, and garage polution. It has no water or power consumtion, so you can place it in the middle of no where and have no problems.
