This is Cowell Steel Structures, my first BAT ever. It was made about 4 years ago, and since I no longer have the gmax file nor textures, it is presented as is. It is Industrial Manufacturing, with 70 jobs, and grows reliably on a 4x6 lot (hold CTRL key while zoning).
