City Facilities Central V3 3

Huge improvement from the previous! Adding to download queue.

Much better looking than the 1960's blue tile. this I'll down load have a small city that can use this in it's downtown.

Redoing the outside textures was the best thing for this building. Now I just HAVE to download it

Concept is great. Have not used it yet as I am busy getting my new region sorted. No doubt will feature in some of the larger cities.

I hope your next project would be a City Utilities Center which would be something like this but is a conglomeration of Electricity, Water & Garbage handling facilities in one site

I think this is not quite possible, people don't tend to drink water from near a garbage dump...

Unless they do live near a garbage dump then they don't have much choice. But seriously speaking though, an all in one utilities center does sound cool.

I was really excited to see lights, but alas was disappointed when every other building from CAM lit up but this one. 4/5.

I would download it but it might make simcity to easy, but good idea

With its large range it makes it a bit easier but it is also expensive to have in a starter city.
