Not a bad shape, but I'd recommend that you opened a BAT thread and maybe work on the roof textures a bit.

No offense, but I find this terrible. The textures are odd, there are pretty much no props used in the lot, and it is not to scale. Not simtropolis quality work. You may want to open a thread and ask how you can improve your work, because right now, I know this isn't going in my game.

Its not horrible but i definitely would take Samerton's advice and open a thread. Keep on building. Eventually you'll be great!!

I have to agree with Calc to a point. I agree there is no props to the lot. Props, flora, etc. tells a story about the lot, and makes it more realistic. The roof texture that you used should be scaled down to a more appropriate scale. Also, change the color of the roof texture. That blue is too loud. Kinda hurt the ol' eyes. The more you practice, the better you'll get at BATing, LOTing, etc. Good luck.

다들말씀하신바가 지붕이 부자연스럽다는 예기군요..
그런데 솔직히 자연스럽게 해주고싶어도. 모델링중에 자꾸 에러가나서 어렵사리 시스템이 따라주는
상황에서 모델링하다보니 이렇게 되었습니다.
