About This File

I made this awhile ago...and forgot it...then it grew in my cities then I remembered it!

So it's just a little commercial pink-ish building I did not too long ago. I named it Taxman Money Services for your Sims to have...money service. Just a sort of low/mid-rise I did for some variety in my cities' suburban or urban-midrise areas.

Included in this file-

Growable CS$$ with 70 jobs.

Lot size- 2x2

Growable only.

No Dependencies for all those to be dependency free.
