My First BAT!

Good for a first Bat, But I would reccomend you to make some night lightings and use some flora for the lot due it looks a bit poor with textures only.

The Bat itself is good, I like it. I agree with skimbo, you could add more props and flora. Good job overall!

You're good at the BAT, but could use some better LOTting skills. It use to be opposite, BATting is harder than LOT work. Keep up the good work!

Well done with the building. The building could use more roof junk. Furthermore, try adding more trees, props or just improve the lot. Note that if you won't make night lights you won't get rated over 3,5. DON'T STOP! I'm waiting for more!

Simply looks like two boxes with all of the windows and details textured on. Doesn't look bad from afar, but really lacks on all levels when inspected closely. You should read the BAT beginners guide on the omnibus to get an idea of what a decent BAT needs to do well. Best of luck.

Need some roof junk or make the HVAC stuff at the rear of the building.....but all in all a good bat.

I can see that you used the same window textures for both boxes, the box on the right is smooshed together.

Just 2 boxes with textures it seems. And the lot is rather plain. Try adding more detail to the lot. That may help/ 2/5

This is not your first BAT you've uploaded other things to the STEX before (or were those lotting jobs?) Anyways, great work it looks great! Only complaints are more things on the ground would be nice and make the roof not so reflective-like. Otherwise fantastic 4/5.

I'm shocked that so few of my fellow simtropians are calling you out on what is a poorly textured couple of boxes on a bland lot. I can only give you credit on at least trying to put together a lot that is logical. Come on people, the emperor has no clothes; the important word in constructive criticism is that last one. No one improves if they don't know they are doing it wrong.

His Divine Hand beat me to the punch. This one needs lots of work, better textures, and is crazy big.

a don't really like the roof textures...probably some concrete or gravel-like textures would be better. also add some night lights. but this is very good for your first building. P.S. Lotting needs work too.

I gave you five stars because it reminds me of the first commercial office building my wife and i added to our portfolio. Thanks for the nostalgia...plus I can add my own mayor mode landscaping!

I would recommend getting rid of all that extra space but keeping the parking garage or the parking lot. Great work though!
