good ideas, needs some work on execution. I suggestion you read threads by SimFox to learn how to make more realistic better window textures/nightlights. While your current versions may look "cool", they are not accurate or realistic. For example, glass is way too saturated with blue and the reflections would be appropriate for a building that was soaring stories above all the other skyscrapers in the city.

I know that they mightn't look realistic, but don't forget that sim city isn't either. Sims are 8 foot tall. Either way, it's just a hobby.

Base textures are as bit plain.

building is beautiful but i dont like the lot its plain and boing just remove the 1x3 and have the building it self
