Have some Green Coal! *Holds up a black bit of normal coal* Its all good marketing. Maybe a Parking lot would solve the issues of nobody working there? And If it a Coal fire power-station which has 'Eco' abilities wheres the nice CO2 Storage dump? The atmosphere? Well thats doesn't solve much. Good Job.

I give him credit in the way that maybe "clean" coal does not exist but he has the imagination to create one that does not spew as much as the convetional one. 10/10 I will download.

Coal can be clean - because this is SC4.

Coal power can be cleaner than many of todays plants. By adding hydrogen, you can make oil, and it'll burn a bit cleaner. Then, you could have those high-strength scrubers. But it wouldn't be 80% cleaner. Maybe in the furture... and heck, SC4, the future comes quickly. Very nice job :) 10/10
