very simple, but not good enough, my friend. try to create more texture on the building, put windows, rooftop, etc. good try, but not good enough. :-) 1/5 (sorry)

it doesn't look like a hotel....as much as a small plaza with a giant wall and a fountain

Start a BAT thread, so that people can help you improve on your works. It just looks like a textured (at least its textured) rectangle block with a 'pool'. :)

I would disagree, it really isn't a good start. A good start would be something just beyond that done in the BAT beginners tutorial (which I recommend you complete). You need to know how to use shapes/objects together to build a facade, not just add textures to a box and call it a day.

it appears to be a low quality render. Thats good for tests but for uploads use med/high. If your pc cant do it, ask around. Im sure someone can render it for you. I think this due to those poor quality textures, and if you did render on high, i suggest you really need new ones.

well, half of it appears to be, Just 100% white... =/ a tad on the unrealistic side.

And those trees are growing out of concrete....

There is no building in this upload (at least now there isn't. . .) It is just a lot file.

With some patience and A little more time this Building would become at least passable,but for what it is it's barely viewable. The most upsetting is no details to roof and patio area.Next time be more patient and don't release things on impulse-wait until they shape or don't bother releasing at all.
