About This File
Here is the first pack of lots in the Industrial Lot Project! This pack contains 6 ID growable lots for your cities. They are designed to be detailed, interesting and functional working buildings. This means they provide jobs and (of course) pollution! They are all unique in their own way and almost all of them have been made without Maxis buildings! There are a variety of sizes and growth stages. Here are the contents, stats and information of the pack:

25/12/10 Update: Fixed an issue where the lots wouldn't build on slopes correctly. This was because the foundation threshold value was too high. Please re-download to fix the problem.
Toxic Industries
Toxic Industries produce all kinds of dangerous substances. From acids to acetates, Toxic Industries covers them all! All that separates the poisonous gases from the city is a metalfence. Fortunately the health and safety advisor (whatever his name was) decided that the plant was producing too many toxins, so he limited the production and run time of the plant.
But it is still one of the dirtiest industries around town!
It is a stage 3 lot that provides 45 jobs, and moderate pollution.
Chemical Works
Like Toxic Industries, Chemical Works produce chemicals but in a more controlled manner. Here, a range of well known chemicals (like ammonia/bleach) are made to be exported to other companies for use. At the front there are 4 large tanks that store the chemicals at a controlled temperature until tankers can be filled to deliver the goods.
It is a stage 3 lot that provides 42 jobs, and moderate pollution.
Smelting Unit
The smelting unit is basically a factory that melts things down so they can be made into other products. Its large chimney doesn’t go down very well with the neighbours!
It is a stage 2 lot that provides 26 jobs, and low moderate pollution.
Incinerator
The incinerator is basically a rubbish burner that burns all that unwanted trash. The problem with this method of disposal is it emits greenhouse gasses! Beware, of the carbon tax! Workers in here have an important but unpleasant job.
It is a stage 1 lot that provides 6 jobs, and moderate high pollution.
Fuel Storage
This is a fuel storage tank used to store fuel. They are commonly seen in fuel depots and oil refineries.
It is a stage 2 lot that provides 8 jobs and low pollution levels.
Gas Holder
This is a gas holder that stores gas for use by fuel companies. The unique thing about this lot is that it changes height depending on the time of day.
At 11pm (in game) it will be full, at 8am it will be half full and at 5pm it will be empty.
It is a stage 1 lot that provides 5 jobs (any more would be unrealistic) and the pollution levels are quite low.

Dependencies: These are the dependencies for all 6 lots in this pack. There are 6 dependencies. For the files marked (LEX), you will need to register at the SC4 Devotion Lot Exchange. The dependencies for each individual lot can be found in each lot’s folder (Text document).

SimCity 4 Building as Props (bldgprop_vol1.dat). All dependencies are to be placed in your My Documents, SimCity 4, Plugins folder.
Installation: To install, place all folders (containing Model, Desc and Lot files) in your SimCity 4 Plugins folder.
The text documents in each folder state the dependencies for each individual lot. You should delete these if not needed or store them outside of your plugins folder for future reference. The readme is not required but is also best kept for future reference.
