This 5 story building was made for wall to wall use and can be located in downtown areas but of course can be used for any purposes. This building produces toys (not the ones you normally find in major retailers) that are made out of wood and metal. Not only it makes toys but it also makes props for movies. I hope you and your sims enjoy this building!! This really took a long time to make since I had to fix graphic issues, lighting problems, and had to resize the whole thing several times and is also fully detailed inside and out!!! Oh and make sure you look out for more factory buildings and utility centers coming out from me!!
