This seems like a direct import of a sketchup BAT. It would look nicer if you made better textures for it. The base is starting to get there, but overall its flat. The best thing you could do is model in some detail, that can hide a bad texturing job or make a good texturing job look even better.

As other have said, the textures need a liitle more frosting on the perfect cake. Otherwise, it's perfect! (or it seems...)

Part 1. I rate this a 5/4, you better be glad you did not make a house I would rate this a 5/3, but because you made a larger building and the details are ok thats why I have rate it that. You need some lights on the upper floor that what does not look right to me.

Part 2. Simhottoddy is right you need to have a Bat thread thats how my models look a lot better than before, It may take a long time but it maybe worth it. I see that there are a lot of buildings that are not looking there best, all I can say is Baters please step your game up and made your models a lot better and I mean a lot better.

Don't want to sound harsh, but for a building like this, no nightlights = unfinished. What a pity, as I'm sure it would look great at night. Open a thread, perhaps you'll get the fix for the nightlighting if you posted asking for help with it...

Its all been said, textures, nightlights and the plaza looks a bit plain for me. I can see your memory problem but withought nightlights a building of this size doesnt work. You could really improve this with nightlights and i hope to see a re-release with them, that would be good.

It is a good start, the shape is right - at least of half task is done, but the rest... I think it is ridiculous to speak of missing nightlighing since there is no place for it to go... where are the bleeping windows? I don't think the building is a stone clad monolith type of thing now is it?

Also rig lighting is totally screwed up... Is this a really modeled thing or one of those public sketchup conversions that are peddled as BATs nowadays? It is a practical question in order to understand what went so wrong with lighting...

Simfox, I had to delete most of the night lights and most of the floors inside because it keeps crashing max. the lighting rig is the default from bat4max, so I don't know what you mean that is screwed up.....I've been playing with this model for over a year and I just want to move on.
