This is a small bat created by me this week. Its a CS$$ based on a building that I saw on a movie last week.
This upload consist of a sc4model file, two desc files and three lots file (two landmarks and one grow).

Very good model. Any nightlights though? Also I might scale it up just a tad, it has a couple more floors than that building next to it yet it's still the same height (albeit the roof on that other building is kind of high :p).
