As hittwice99 realized, you have some light leaks there. Your interior lights shine through the roof. I also think the night lights could be turned down a bit in general, but otherwise that's a really fine first upload! :o) How about opening a BAT thread here on Simtropolis?

Cool. Simple and Neat! But the front plaza is a bit empty. However, I can fill with SimFox Trees. But for that, it becomes 4.5/5. Great work!

T Wrecks: I used Omni lights ... had this 'problem' on the roof. I'll try to use 'Spot' lights in the next. "How about opening a thread here on Simtropolis BAT?" I do not really know English, I use google translator to write in English, do not know if I would be good i to open a "BAT thread" now in simtropolis

@T Wrecks: I believe efkin has a few others uploads on the STEX. This is a quality model and very intriguing but as T Wrecks points out, it needs some polish. Google translator seems to be doing the job fine here in the comments. I don't know if you want to deal with the headache for a bat thread, but I'd encourage you to give a shot. Your clearly talented. TY for the upload.

What's your native language, efkin? You know, there are people from all around the world on this site - with some broken English and possibly some people who speak your language, we might be able to get along fine. :o) And yeah, those Omni lights really seem to be tricky stuff... :-/
