If any of you are like me, you've been aggrivated by the lack of a city hall-style building that fits in your small towns (and that doesn't come as a reward). Here is the answer, a small municipal center, much like those in small towns around here, combined with a small jail and constable's office...at a very low monthly rate, this is perfect for your just new communities if you want that small town feel (even for only the start of your cities). This is my first uploaded BAT (I am working on a whole bunch of new ones for personal reasons and will upload more as they come in), but I really hope you enjoy it ^.^ Because this building has a small police service, it will be found under that category when uploaded.
