10/10 This corner block is very useful for my W2W cities! Like the textures and the two lit billboards!

buildings are a great size - sim ratio, lighting is a little awkward, or that may just be my personal taste, good choice in colors, keep up the good work :D

great, any possibility of getting the italian cafe separate as a w2w? I like the great urban neighborhood feel, even though I've never been to ny this is how imagine it, and it reminds me of some urban neighborhoods here, although ours are much shorter and a bit less dense. 5/5.

Nice work on another great W2W! The billboards look good, especially the Kasey Kahne Vitaminwater and Camaro ones. I'm a car guy, so those were my favorites. :P

thank you these are great and really stand out they actually look good next to the high wealth mega skyscrapers somehow give everything balance and I love the night lights!

Great detail and design. I belieive the awnings, while being very bright green, might actually look very similar to that in real life.

Awesome. I'm loving all of your W2W buildings. I like the walkable, transit oriented neighborhoods so medium density is great! I hope you continue to add more mid-high wealth buildings! Mixed used is in high demand and not necessarily ghetto!
