This is a bat... can we still make this a ploppable using the plugin manager or the lot editor... without using the Building Architect? Mine expired on time years ago.

Lovely little building! Another one to use as a midrise filler, which is always great.

annabelinda, yes you can, you only need the BAT to make the model file, from there you can change whatever you want about it as far as using it in game.

This is a perfect and %100 prototypical!! There was a building boom of these sorts of mini-towers across small cities in the plains states during the 60's-80's as regional banks expanded. Tyler, TX, Midland-Odessa, Casper, WY, Bartlesville, OK, this tower could be in any of those towns. The title "Savings and Trust" is excellent as well.

@ annabelinda and all who have the same question: You can simply use the Extra Cheats dll to plop any growable structure.

I think the night lights could be distributed a little more randomly, but otherwise excellent
