LBT_streetside is a prop needed for a series of upcoming LBT Bat Packs.
In order to install, please copy/move the "LBT_streetside" folder, into your plugins folder, preferably, in the "LBT" folder.
Plugins folder is located in: PC/My documents/Simcity4/Plugins
