Delson Plaza Tower is dedicated to Linkin Park guitarist Brad Delson, who had the tower built for him, his band, and Music for Relief. The design is based off of Suntrust Financial Centre in downtown Tampa, Florida. It was erected to provide tenance to any interested businesses or corporations, but it's primary tenant is Music for Relief, which collects money to aid disaster victims in events such as Hurricane Katrina and the Indonesia Tsunami of December 2004. Including the very top of the spire, it rises to 258.5 meters (848.1 feet).
