u have to make your upload in "Lot" =>"Civic", not in mod, general modds. Merry chirstmas to Simtropolis Community

Two errors. First, that upload is not a mod, it is suppose to be in the Lot, Civic. Second, that looks more like a Maxis commercial building with parking garages. Avoid using Maxis props or buildings at all cost.

"Can you please rate good because it's my first upload?" Sigh. We'll rate "good" what we determine to be good, and for no other reasons, least of all because it's your first...

Maybe if you mod this Lot it would be better. Like give it some trees or walkways on the bottom? But its good for downtown areas but this is just LotEdited so im giving 3/5.

If we rate your upload good than you will continue to bring us cheap and simple relots like this, right, but we don't want those. I recommend that you open a thread, show your creations before you upload and listen to the comments of the readers.

One building and 3 garages. This lot is very simple and everyone could make this. If you want want help you could always go to the golden forum.

Not to hate on it, but it IS a premade Maxis building. Sure, it might be fun to be able to call something yours, rename it, mod it, and make it ploppable, but we experienced Simcity 4 players have already seen the entire (or almost the entire) menu of Maxis buildings, and it doesn't help just to make a rehash. We like original work.

After 5 years of STEX and we are still getting these useless 'trash'? Bare in mind people can make this easily 5 years ago!

Cascade, I'm sorry your comments got rated down so harshly. In truth there was absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. People pull your act together. Someone is actually trying to wish you a merry Christmas and give a little positive re-enforcement to the uploader (instead of whining about the upload quality) and that somehow constitutes as a bad comment. Think about it people.

This isn't his first. Remember that "police hq REMAKED"? That was made before this and it had 240 cells and 50 "cop cars". Then came the fire department hq. 250 fire trucks and city-wide protection radius. And he's saying "this is my first one."?! Total lie. 0/5
