i guess my comment never posted, but i'll give you a condensed summary: I think, while this is certainly acceptable and "good", its not "great", because i've seen some incredible work out of you and this is simply average. I think you should have spent more time across the board, with more facade details, window/roof textures, and making the lot more interesting/less bland. 3/5

I'm not a huge fan of the base texture--I agree with Kryptowhite that you've done better in the past. On an unrelated note, how difficult would it be to make an alternate version with the unbuilt twin tower on the backside, instead of the parking lot? I'd be interested in downloading that.

i'd really love to see a ploppable of this one. and to agree with lsyd242 , without the parking lot. (this should enable players to plop the exact same building at the side and create the twin that was never built.

the whole thing is realistic an it is as detailed as humanly possible. I know because i live in Kc and see this building everyday !

I love it, Wish you could do the Southwestern Bell (Oak Tower), Fidelity Building, Town Pavilon, AT&T Long Lines Building ( with the microwave tower on it) and maybe a Bannister Mall. Like to see a Paseo, ASB, & Broadway Bridges also.
