Great work! I will use it in my modern looking cities. I like the lot design with the great plaza und the trees. 5/5

I don't put down all Maxis bats--some of them are still holding their own and they were made by actual people too, not some monster named "Maxis." You did great work here, and for those who think the lot is too repetitive, you can swap out a bldg in LE if you want. 2 thumbs up for a very pleasant surprise.

@francispacheco: No, it doesn't replace the maxis university. It's an additional one, and you can even plop more than one if you want to. Thank you all for your kind words :). I'm already thinking about more lots. I have no idea how batting works, so i decided to stick to what i do know.

I agree that three of the same buildings is a bit too much of the good stuff, but I must say this is a very decent use of Maxis buildings in a lot, probably the best I've seen so far. 9/10 (I voted 5 stars to get the rating up to 4.50/5.00)

Yep, excellent work in using a lot using only Maxis props. Maybe using the same building three times wasn't a good idea, but it looks great.

does anyone know why the buildings dont show? How to fix?

I did comment that it is nicely lotted, and somebody put it right, normally maxis relotted stuff got heavily criticized, but somehow somebody out here decide to rate down anybody who commented that 3 same buildings are too much...go figure!

coolllll.... u need to state if this lot need some dependencies or not.... such as bldgprop 1/2.dat

@carsgolf4: Make sure you have the bldgprop_vol1.dat and bldgprop_vol2.dat in your plugins ... everybody should have those ;-) ... as they are very small files (330K and 68K).

In regards to carsgolf4 and the description that states no dependencies, it is incorrect, because as carsgolf4 has demonstrated, this lot will need bldgprop_vol1 or 2.dat. You should probably update the description on that.

Very nice, but I would prefer one with a smaller footprint. 12x16 is rather large.

I was going to try this in my current city, but didn't have room for it. way too big.

This is the first time I have seen someone doing a decent job using maxis lots. Looking forward to your next releases!

Good job on re-lotting this one. I like how you placed the sidewalks and plazas, and not only is this a university but it could second as an office park.

Great use of the California Plaza, it fits really nicely without looking too repetitive! Bravo! I never thought maxis lots could look quite this nice!
