Well first bats usually don't have roof clutter or nite lighting at all and it looks like some of it actually has textures. So I'll give you a 4/5 because you actually put effort into it. Can't wait to see you improve. ;)

trust me it has texture. My mistake might be that i've put to much U V tiles

Well the red part is one of its only main problems, not like it doesn't need to be there it looks to much like a solid color rather than a red awning. The lot could use more props too. The walls are too black but you can actually see some of the windows and doors(but barely). Just some tips to help.

Pretty good for a first, if i were i would use BAT longer and try to get used to it, before uploading the second BAT though, but all in all, a good start.

The idea is good, the model is fair and the textures, ....well....seing that you aren't bad at all, I recommend that you open a BATthread and get advice while creating your next BAT. Keep it up!

Here we are, I finally get to see this. Great for the first BAT. When I get on my main computer tomorrow, I may have to download this. Best of all, NO DEPENDENCIES!

You did a nice job of keeping the file size small. My first upload was 4 times larger and the model itself wasn't much larger. VERY good for a first upload; don't be discouraged. With a little practice, who knows?

i love that red neon bar....

Simple, modern prefab IND lots is a good idea--there are tons and tons in RL. You just need more texturing, especially on the roof, and detail the lot a bit more. Very good for a first bat!
