Your more or less newer BATs are so great. I rate this a solid 5. Maybe you could redo some of your older BATs like American Int'l and 40 Wall street

You are really improving. The lot could be better, but the building looks great. I might add a more prominent entrance, but the roof and the rest of the building are fantastic.

The textures are a little bright, but the model makes up for it. Great work...

To date I believe this is your best work. However, the lack of time and effort on the lot and the entrance diminishes this. It is like serving an expensive fine Napa wine in a dixie cup. Please provide the secret to the entrance of your buildings. 3.5 out of 5.

Great modelling, fairly good texturing. The lot leaves a little to be desired, but that can easily be fixed to suit peoples' tastes after they download it. I like the roof shape. I do wish your nightlighting were better, and that you didn't use nightmaps on the windows. But a solid effort here :)

main issues are the lot, which is bland and uninspired, the entrances [where are they] and the nightlights [for the base, do something other than the cheese textured maxis nightwindows]. Having said that, this looks very good and with some relotting is going to work very nicely in simcity. good work! 4/5

Your buildings are turning out very good. The only thing I'd say about the file is that the lot doesn't give much justice to the BAT. Some more street-level stuff (lights, benches, mailboxes, planters, etc) would really make this (and your other stuff) an awesome download.

So how do I get this one to show up in my new and only region town? I'm pretty sure I have the files installed properly, but beyond that, what do I do to get it built in the city? Lot sizes etc? I'm quite new and I'd love the support! Thanks all!
