alot better than the airport control tower with smoke everywhere one, that someone made good job 8/10 textures could be better

This must be your first for sure. Look around at other BATs and you'll see when they upload things, they're finished. You forgot the textures. Texture your model , maybe add some more details and your off to a fair start.

This would be great, but its to plain, maybe add some textures, because this will stick out to much.

The idea and model is good. But as many have mentioned ; It have no texture. If you are not shure on how to do this, i would recomend reading some of the tutorials that you'll find on simtropolis or Sc4Devotion. Some of those are great.

I cannot even FIND this in the game, I downloaded installed to Plugins... and nothing? Where is it supposed to go?

Nice readme and great use of the auto installer but the BAT could use a whole lot more improvement....

Why go to the trouble of an auto-installer and a readme file, when the BAT isn't even textured? To use an art gallery metaphor, it's the picture people look at, not the frame. More effort is needed.
