This is my second BAT,so any hints still welcome...

Here is a hint, and probably the best thing you could do to improve: go to BAT Open Discussion in the forums and start your own BAT thread where you can get all the advice you need BEFORE uploading. Not a bad second try considering, textures could be a little better and less bright and the roof needs some more work, but you are off to a good start.

Agree with SimHotToddy...open a BAT thread, get some advice and pointers. The modelling on this is okay, albeit the roof details are a bit repetitive. And the texturing is bland.

looks like it needs better landscaping... nice building though ::

Only complaint is the landscaping, add some more decorations and it should be fine. Everything else looks fine to me!

The model is fairly good but textures are too clean and new, do what SimHoTToDDy said, that'll really halp you out a lot.
