I used this and my buildings still got abandoned, they just didn't look abandoned.

OK this mod prevented dilapidation of my commercial buildings, but one problem was that these commercial buildings, which would have become dilapidated, did not provide any jobs. Whereas previously (prior to installing the mod) even though commercial buildings still became dilapidated they still provided jobs.

Do buildings still get fire damaged or does this mod stop that too?

I don't think it works with custom buildings ?

hmm it works but why is it every time I use this mod a building thats a brown box called CS$$$ or something come up.

How can this get almost 5 stars when there are many negative comments. does ninja have his little groupies? I think the blackened state is more realistic & if hes just hiding the problems under the carpet then they will never be addressed. FAIL.

WHat s great mod, I really hate tha dilapidation, gives a horrible general aspet to a fantastic city.

This plugin doesn't seem to work, for me at least.

Perfect mod for me!!! I always plop residential and they always get dilapidated.

I couldn't agree more, dude....
when it said PREVENT, then it should PREVENT, not HIDE....and it seems like Raphael has also "abandoned" this mod. Since he never updated or even give a good explanation about this thing after so much negative comments. and that makes me think that maybe you right, this mod is a FAIL.

Lots of negative comments here! Frankly, this sort of things doesn't stop me from downloading it and give in a try! it is only a fair response to someone who put hard work into it. Obviously, if it doesn't work as intended and the individual that released it has chosen not to continue to revise it; then two options are left. One, don't use it or two create your own mod. This is a great mod, I have not seen one like it yet but I have only being going through simtropolis community website for a week or two. It is a tedious process to read and comprehend all the great work many have put into this game. I will download it and then test it out. If it doesn't work and I can't find another mod similar to this then I will eventually have to make my own mod without first giving recognition to RalphaelNina for being the orignial creator of this mod.
