This quick patch should fix the weird multi-color shadow under the fire truck prop on the MTP Fire Station. Use this if you do not have the Vehicle_Props-V3.dat installed and are unable to locate it.
All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here.
