This PEG Utopia Series version of the Medium Plaza provides a newer, more modern look to the traditional plaza. Tranquil Koi ponds, fountains & a glass dome attract pedestrians to this popular public plaza..

This is a 2x2 lot... like the original... with the same costs and properties. It does not replace the original Medium Plaza and appears next to it in your Parks menu.
